Deposits
For all our treatment bookings, a non-negotiable £20 deposit is required to secure the appointment, this amount could change dependant upon the treatment. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid. This amount will be deducted off the treatment price and remaining balance can be paid on the date of treatment.
Lateness
We understand things can delay your arrival. We do expect you to leave time for any delays which may occur and take responsibility for arriving on time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we do reserve the right to cancel your appointment and you will lose your deposit and be required to pay another to rebook your slot.
If we do not cancel your appointment, please note that however many minutes you are late by, will be deducted from the total treatment time. So if you are arrive 10 minutes late for your 60 minute treatment. You will only receive a 50 minute treatment. But you are still required to pay the full amount.
Cancellations
We understand that appointments may need to be amended or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances but please be aware that we require notification of 48 hours before your appointment.
Please note
Deposits are non refundable nor can they be passed on to a friend or family member. You can amend your treatment date at any point up until 48 hours before treatment. After this time, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded, you will then require to pay another deposit to secure your next booking.
If you do not turn up to your next appointment or fail to tell us you will not be attending, you will then be required to pay the full cost. Failure to do so will prevent any further bookings.
In the unlikely event that Louise Vivien Skin needs to amend any appointments, we will ensure you will be notified in a timely manner.

Chemical Peels + Dermalux LED
Chemical Peels are superficial exfoliating treatments. Using a blend of AHA's and BHA's to breakdown the top layer of skin revealing a brighter, healthier complexion. Chemical peels have very little or no downtime. They are perfect for treating concerns such as acne, pigmentation and ageing.
Clarity
A powerful blend of acids that sink deep into pores to effectively clarify and decongest the complexion. Rapidly brings blemishes under control and dramatically reduces the risk of future breakouts.
Even
A brightening peel targeting sun damage, hyperpigmentation and dull, uneven skin. Helps to restore a more oven and radiant complexion.
Rewind

Sensitive

Bright
Designed to target pigmentation and to lighten and brighten the skin. A unique combination of gluconolactone with phytic, citric and glycolic acids, taking the skins pH to 1.5 for superficial peeling. Bright Peel gives instant uniformity of the skin and works on long term improvement of pigmentation.
Bright Peel can be used before all aesthetic treatments.

Pure
The Clinicare Pure Peel² is a superficial chemical peel that will remove the upper layers of the epidermis (pH 2.4). Containing Azelaic acid, as well as Salicylic, Lactic and Glycolic acid.
This peel stimulates cell renewal and is suitable for treating acne, blackheads, comedones and the improvement of skin texture. It helps keep pores clean and unclogged and has keratolytic, anti-blackhead, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
Suitable for Fitzpatrick skin types 1 to 4.
Glow
The Clinicare Glow AHA Peel2 is a mild superficial Glycolic acid and Mandelic acid peel which will remove the upper layer of the epidermis (pH 1.7). It stimulates cell renewal, inhibits melanin synthesis, brightens the skin, evens out discolouration.
Safe to use on all Fitzpatrick skin types.
Refresh
The Clinicare Refresh Peel² is a superficial chemical peel that removes the upper layers of the epidermis (pH 1.55) and has a strong anti-ageing effect on the skin. It strengthens the skin and stimulates collagen synthesis.

BioRePeelCl3 35% TCA
It is an innovative medical peel, that uses patented 2-phase technology to provides a bio-stimulating, revitalising & peeling-like effect with no downtime.
Its exfoliating and keratolytic action removes the outer corneal skin cell layers to effectively prevent the ageing of the skin, decrease damage from UV light, as well as decrease pigmentation and acne scars. It also stimulates cell turnover by and stimulating the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
